1. Scope

This policy applies to the Kogashitsuka AI website, image processing, accounts, points, payments and support. Third-party services may also apply their own privacy policies.

2. Information we handle

We may handle:

• Account information such as email address, display name, authentication identifiers and sign-in history.
• Input images, generated results, formats, dimensions, output scale and other processing details.
• Task status and records of point grants, reservations, consumption, returns, bonuses and daily check-ins.
• Order number, purchase, amount, currency, payment status, cancellation and refund information.
• IP address, cookies, access time, pages and actions, browser, operating system, device, errors and abuse-detection records.
• Support messages, contact details, response history and materials you provide.

Payment providers process full card details; we generally do not store them. Selecting an image only creates a local browser preview. The image is not uploaded until you start processing.

3. Why we use information

We use information to provide image enhancement, downloads, accounts, points and payments; authenticate users and manage service status; answer support and deletion requests; detect abuse and security incidents; aggregate and analyze service usage; communicate important operational or transaction information; comply with law; and protect legal rights.

4. Image data

Input images and results are handled only to provide processing and download, investigate failures and prevent abuse. We do not use them for advertising or to train AI models operated by Peak Studio LLC.

Images and results are stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage. Inputs required for enhancement are made available to Volcengine AI MediaKit through a short-lived dedicated URL. Each provider's contractual and service terms may also govern its handling.

5. Retention and deletion

The retention deadline for an input and result is shown before processing. They become eligible for automatic deletion after that deadline. When you delete a task, access is disabled and deletion begins. Backups, outages or external-provider processing may require a reasonable period before complete erasure.

After account deletion, we delete or de-identify directly linked information unless retention is needed for law, fraud prevention, transactions or disputes. Order, point, security and deletion metadata may be retained only for the necessary purpose and period.

6. Processors, disclosure and international transfers

We use providers for image processing and storage, authentication, payment, email, analytics, hosting and security. Their systems may process information outside Japan or your country.

We require appropriate handling through provider selection, contracts and service settings. We do not sell personal information and do not disclose personal data to third parties except to service providers, with consent, for a business transfer, where needed to protect life or property, or as required by law.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, security and display preferences. If enabled by an administrator, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity or Plausible Analytics may measure service use. Browser controls can restrict cookies, but parts of the service may stop working.

8. Security

We use safeguards appropriate to the information, including access controls, encrypted transfer, credential protection, storage permissions, monitoring and retention limits. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit images containing passwords, authentication codes, full card details, government identifiers, medical data or other highly sensitive information.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request information about processing, access, correction, addition, deletion, restriction, erasure or cessation of third-party disclosure. We may verify your identity and will explain where law prevents us from fulfilling a request.
