Prices
Prices are displayed in Japanese yen, inclusive of applicable consumption tax where required, on the purchase and final confirmation screens. The current one-time point packs are:
- Mini: 50 points for JPY 500
- Standard: 150 points for JPY 980
- Creator: 400 points for JPY 1,980
Additional costs
You are responsible for internet access, data charges and other costs associated with your device and connection. Your payment provider or financial institution may impose separate fees.
Payment method and timing
You may use cards and other payment methods offered by Stripe and displayed at checkout. Payment is finalized at purchase. Point packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.
Delivery
Purchased points are normally credited to your account immediately after payment completes. Network or system outages may delay delivery.
Validity
Purchased points are valid for 365 days from purchase. The specific expiry date appears in your point history.
Technical requirements
The service requires an internet connection and a current major browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled. Supported formats, input and output limits, and available scales are displayed in the processing tool.
Cancellation and refunds
Points are digital goods available immediately after purchase. Change-of-mind cancellation and refunds are generally unavailable except where required by law or stated at checkout. See the Refund Policy for duplicate charges, missing points and other eligible cases.
When image processing fails for a reason on our side and point consumption has not been finalized, reserved points are automatically returned to the account balance.
